Elle's Loose Curls with a Hair Straightener Tutorial

It's been highly requested, and it's finally here...

My "Loose Curls Hair Tutorial"! :D

So, without any further ado, please watch the video below for the step-by-step guide and some tips:

 The final result:

This is how I usually do my hair. If you find my wavy hair that you saw on my Instagram or anywhere else interesting, you might want to watch the video above to learn how to do it yourself! :)
I find this method to be the easiest and most convenient way to achieve that kind of curls. And quickest too (takes me about 10-15mins to get the final result)!

Anyway, I'm sorry I forgot to mention on the video that you have to make sure your hair is DRY before you curl it.

Trivia:
☻ I learned this technique from YouTube too!
☻ My natural hair state is straight (as you can see in the video), so this wavy hair REALLY helps to add volume to my otherwise flat hair. Love it!
☻ I actually made this video 2 months ago and planned to publish it on my birthday, but unfortunately the video quality degraded somehow after my brother edited it using Adobe After Effects. We couldn't find the problem and I was very upset, I thought it couldn't be saved and I had to record a new video (T_T). Finally, last week, I went to my best friend's house (Rudy), and I brought up this issue. He said, "It's hard to explain right now, just bring the files tomorrow and let me find out the problem."
So, the next day, I gave the files to him and 10mins later..... the problem was SOLVED!! He said it had something to do with the Codec lol. I was sooooo relieved and happy, if you're reading this, thank you Femaooo!!!

And girlsss, thank you so much for your patience, I hope you enjoy my very first hair tutorial and can learn something from it. :)

If you have any requests or questions, please comment down below, or on the video! xx

HOW-TO: Aegyo Sal *Puffy, Smiling Eyes* in 3 Steps!

Aegyo Sal is a Korean make up trend which highlights the eye pouches located right under the lower lash line. I heard some people doubt this Aegyo Sal trend because they confuse it with eye bagsNote that the two are completely different, see below pic for comparison ^^
You see, eye bags are the one that is caused by lack of sleep, too much crying and other bad stuffs that can only lead to tired, older looking eyes. Now Aegyo Sal on the other hand is the puffy part right below the lower lash line that's commonly more profound on children. However, it usually appears when you smile! Highlighting your natural Aegyo Sal will make your eyes look younger, cuter and more attractive. :D
In this *freakishly* simple tutorial, I'm using Holika Holika Jewel-light Under Eye Maker.

Three simple steps Aegyo Sal!

1. Draw the outline with the dark side of the pen

2. 'Fill' in the inside with the bright side of the pen

3. Blend, blend, blend

 Tadah!!!
How is it? Super easy, right?? Hahahahahaha

This is how it looks like when I use it on my hand. The dark (brown) color and the bright (white) one look pretty vivid to me. I also love the fact that this is a two-in-one tool (both the dark and bright colors are here, very efficient!). The only thing I dislike about this useful tool is that the texture is kind of like a dry crayon, which requires you to rub your eyes; which is not good because your eyes' skin is very sensitive and the more you rub, the easier it ages *shriek*. However, you can try dabbing it little by little instead of rubbing it. ^^

Okay then, thank you so much for reading and don't forget to leave some comments and see you guys on my next post~~ (ˆˆ)づ♡

How to Wear White Based on Your Mood

I think most (if not all) of you agree with me when I say white is an essential element in every girl's wardrobe as it is such a versatile and timeless color which is easy to mix with other colors thus can be worn in several different ways based on your mood. :)

1. Rock Chic Mood

[key point] black leather jacket, shredded denim pants, pointy shoes
I know Kanye West is no rock star, but I guess this top works well with the mood hehe..
What I Wore: GOWIGASA Kanye West Top, Postman Sling Bag, Necklace, and Skull Ring | ZARA Ripped Jeans, Leather Jacket, Sunglasses and Shoes

2. Girly Mood

[key point] dress, heels, pastel colors, girly accessories
If you are not a fan of girly fashion, you can tone down the vibe by wearing a denim jacket. :)
*annoyed* :/
What I Wore: Forever21 Off-White Dress and Mint Purse | GOWIGASA Tie-Dye Denim Jacket | Steve Madden Dazzling Blue Wedges | Topshop Necklace

3. Carefree Mood

 [key point] long flowy outerwear
Adding a bright pop of color to my all-white outfit! :D
What I Wore: GOWIGASA Floral Crochet Top, White High Waisted Shorts, White Sheer Long Outerwear and Blue Mirrored Sunglasses | New Look Necklace | ALDO White Sandals

Which one is your favorite outfit? ;)

3 Ways to Style a Red Button-Up Shirt

If anyone asks me what my favorite color is, my answer will be ALL THE COLORS! Seriously, there is no color I won't wear.
But I've got to say RED is one of the top three! I mean, if I'm about to go out and I have to be ready in a blink of an eye, and there are only shirts available in all the rainbow colors, I will most likely grab the red one.

So, today I will share some ideas on how to style a Red Button-Up Shirt in 3 different occasions! :D

1. It's a Date

When you are dating someone you are attracted to, especially in the early stages, you want everything goes smoothly and romantic. So why don't you start from the girl in the mirror by dressing up in the most romantic colors - red, pink and white? :)

Here I'm wearing a flirty flare skirt to add some cutesy points (hehe), and white heels to tone down the in-your-face shining red! As for the accessories, I went with a very simple necklace to keep it classy.

Ah, the red lips are optional! Some might find it too much, but it is flattering to my pale skin tone. :)

2. Casual Encounters

The second style is for those times where you just want to dress comfortably while still looking good. It can be for having casual meet-ups with your friends or when you are running errands.

Key points: Breathable Pants + Snuggly Outerwear + Comfortable Shoes + Some eye-catching items like Red Shirt and Studded Bag + Soft Colored Lips

Tips: Don't forget to unbutton the top 1 or 2 buttons of your shirt to casual it up! :D

3. Work It

I personally don't like formal working outfits, I think they look too "adult" and serious, lol. I prefer to dress up as a girl, not a woman! So, every time I'm going to a client meeting or anywhere work-related, I usually add some colors or prints to my outfits, without going overboard of course. Just like the one I posted here, I wore a red shirt but also (lots of) brown to neutralize the red tones.

Tips: Blazer will always smarten up your look, and you can also add some accessories to finish off the overall look.

Well, I guess that's it! It's currently two in the morning as I'm typing this, so I better go to sleep now.
Btw, which one is your favorite outfit? ;)
